Job summary

White Fox Boutique in Sydney is seeking a Customer Service Casual for the peak sale period, starting mid-October and finishing at the end of January. Based in Rosebery, this short-term role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment and wants to kickstart a career in retail.

The role requires a minimum 3 days per week (Mon and Thu essential) with shifts between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

• Communicating with customers & ensuring customer satisfaction on emails & live-chat
• Handle customer queries professionally, provide knowledgeable solutions and follow up as required
• Ensuring customer profiles & communication is documented
• Working with the returns team on processing returns & faulty replacements
• Provide backup and support to other Customer Service team members as/when requested

We are looking for a Customer Service Casuals (short term) to assist our Customer Service team during our peak sale period. Located at our Rosebery office, this role is perfect for anyone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to kickstart their career in the fashion industry.

About the Role

• This role will run from mid October through to end of January.
• Minimum 3 days a week availability required - Monday and Thursday essential
• Shifts will be between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Main Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers & ensuring customer satisfaction on emails & live-chat
• Handle customer queries professionally, provide knowledgeable solutions and follow up as required
• Ensuring customer profiles & communication is documented
