Job summary

White Fox is seeking a temporary Customer Service Casuals to support our fast-paced peak sale period from mid-October to end of January. Based at our Rosebery office in Sydney, the role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic fashion environment and can commit to at least three days per week (Mon and Thu are essential).

You will respond to customer inquiries by email and live chat, process returns and replacements, and help maintain accurate customer records.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience (either online or in-store).
• Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task & show initiative.
• Experience in a fast paced working environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong grammar skills.
• Comprehensive computer skills with an iMAC.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers & ensuring customer satisfaction on emails & live-chat

• Working with the returns team on processing returns & faulty replacements
• Provide backup and support to other Customer Service team members as/when requested

We are looking for a Customer Service Casuals (short term) to assist our Customer Service team during our peak sale period. Located at our Rosebery office, this role is perfect for anyone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to kickstart their career in the fashion industry.

About the Role

• This role will run from mid October through to end of January.
• Minimum 3 days a week availability required - Monday and Thursday essential
• Shifts will be between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Main Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers & ensuring customer satisfaction on emails & live-chat
