Job summary

Funlab, the world’s premier creator of competitive socialising experiences, is hiring Front of House team members for Holey Moley in Adelaide CBD. Join a seven-day operation focused on unforgettable guest experiences with energy and a service mindset.

Bring customer service or hospitality experience, be available on weekends and nights, and hold or obtain RSA and WWCC. Development opportunities and great perks accompany the role, including discounts and team incentives.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with energy and service mindset.
• Drive sales on every shift through upselling and guest engagement.
• Keep venue well-stocked and ready to impress at all times.
• Be trained in all areas—bar, reception or events—and bring your A game.
• Follow safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and teammates safe.

What you'll do:

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
• Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
• Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
• Take pride in your venue, making sure it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
• Own your space! Be trained in all areas and whether you're behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game!
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
• Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests' needs

What you've got:

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
• A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
• Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
• A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them!
