Atlas McNeil Healthcare, part of the Bunzl Group, is seeking a customer service-focused role based at our Adelaide Head Office in the Adelaide Airport Business District. You will deliver accurate, timely service to our customers, handle orders and payments, and provide product information while supporting the Customer Service team.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, problem-solving skills and experience in a customer service environment, with familiarity in aged care or pharmacy

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment desirable.
• Experience with the elderly, aged care, continence education, wound care or Pharmacy is beneficial.
• Knowledge of NDIS fundamentals is beneficial.
• Well-developed computer skills in Microsoft Office.

Being based in our Head Office in the Adelaide Airport Business District, you will facilitate the delivery of efficient, accurate and timely service to all Atlas McNeil Healthcare customers.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and customer service skills and ability to problem solve.

The other essentials we are looking for:

• Experience in a customer service environment desirable.
• Experience with the elderly, aged care, continence education, wound care or Pharmacy.
• Knowledge of NDIS fundamentals is beneficial.
• Well-developed computer skills in Microsoft Office package.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage in professional communication skills both written and verbal.
• A passion for customer satisfaction and strong interpersonal skills.
