Job summary

Trinity Petroleum is seeking casual Customer Service Attendants to join our Mareeba retail site. If you enjoy helping customers and keeping a busy store well-presented, you’ll fit in.

You’ll deliver friendly service, handle cash and card transactions, and maintain food safety standards while keeping the site tidy and stocked. This role offers flexible shifts and growth opportunities within our expanding markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS accurately.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

What you'll do

• Deliver friendly, exceptional customer service, every single time.
• Operate the console and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Prepare, cook and handle food in line with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Keep the site clean, organised and well-presented.
• Merchandise and rotate stock, keeping shelves full and the store looking great.

Applicants must have a valid entitlement to work in Australia and be 18 years or older at commencement due to restriction/requirements on the sale of particular products .

This position involves manual handling duties, requiring the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg occasionally and 16 kg regularly, in accordance with safe work practices.
