Trinity Petroleum in Innisfail is seeking casual Customer Service Attendants to join our friendly retail team. If you enjoy being on your feet, helping people and keeping the store looking sharp, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll handle service at the counter, process cash and card transactions, assist with food prep, merchandise shelves and maintain a clean, welcoming space. Flexible shifts from early mornings to afternoons, with staff discounts and a supportive team backing your growth.

What you'll do

• Deliver friendly, exceptional customer service, every single time.
• Operate the console and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Prepare, cook and handle food in line with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Keep the site clean, organised and well-presented.
• Merchandise and rotate stock, keeping shelves full and the store looking great.

Applicants must have a valid entitlement to work in Australia and be 18 years or older at commencement due to restriction/requirements on the sale of particular products .

This position involves manual handling duties, requiring the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg occasionally and 16 kg regularly, in accordance with safe work practices.
