Panthers Port Macquarie is seeking a friendly Customer Service Attendant to join our hospitality team. You will work across bar, café, gaming and events to deliver welcoming experiences for members and guests.

The role involves cash handling, barista duties, food service, and flexible shifts in a busy venue. Ideal candidates show excellent communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining high presentation standards.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to obtain RSA/RCG if not held.
• Confident handling cash in a fast-paced venue.
• Professional presentation and grooming.
• Basic computer skills for daily operations.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Process POS transactions and handle cash effectively.
• Provide bar, café, and food service including barista duties.
• Stock replenishment and glass collection.
• Perform gaming duties including cash desk, TAB and Keno.
• Assist with functions and events.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Support general operations and adapt across areas and shifts.

The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Attendant at Port Macquarie Panthers, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our members and guests. Working across a variety of areas including bar, café, gaming, functions and events, you’ll deliver exceptional service while assisting with food and beverage service, cash handling and day-to-day venue operations. This is a great opportunity for a friendly and energetic team player who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy hospitality environment and takes pride in creating positive customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional customer service to members and guests
• Processing POS transactions and cash handling
• Providing bar and café service, including barista duties, food preparation and meal service
• Completing stock replenishment and glass collection
• Performing gaming duties, including cash desk, TAB and Keno
• Assisting with functions and events
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Supporting general operations and working flexibly across different areas and shifts as required.
