Job summary

Oscar Wylee is seeking an Optical Assistant for our Chadstone store to deliver exceptional customer service, identify eyewear needs, and help customers choose the best frames while working to meet sales targets.

You will collaborate with the Store Partner and Manager, gaining commercial and operational experience in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment. Flexibility to work late evenings and weekends is required, with opportunities for growth within the company.

You and the team will look closely with our experienced Store Partner and Store Manager, gaining valuable commercial and operational experience. Our store is involved in our joint venture partnership, where we have had the opportunity to work alongside exceptional business leaders who have joined Oscar Wylee as part owners of our stores.
