NSW Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development is seeking a proactive Customer Service and Admin Support Officer to join the regional team. You will handle front line customer service, word processing, records management, data entry and accounts receivable tasks in a supportive, friendly environment.
Two positions are available: one ongoing full-time in Molong with start mid November, and one 12-month temporary full-time in Cowra.Salary starts from $78,000pa + super.
We are looking for switched on office all-rounders to provide professional front line customer service and administration support for the regional team and its customers.

As you can see this is a hands on role best suited to someone with a proactive team player attitude. You’ll be busy and be a front face for the Cent ral Tablelands team.
You’ll need to have strong , professional communication skills, an eye for the details and be someone who’s comfortable both processing accurate data and information as well as speaking to both internal and external customers.
Previous experience in a customer service related position or an office administration role would be a plus and a srong understanding and a passion for technology would also be a benefit in the role .
