Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to join the depot team in a temp, ongoing role. You will manage missed and delayed deliveries, coordinate rescheduled consignments, and liaise with customers to resolve issues, ensuring deliveries remain on track.

You will work closely with drivers and depot teams, update records, and handle enquiries professionally while helping keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced international logistics environment.

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to join the depot team of a leading international logistics company. Working at the heart of the operation, you'll help ensure deliveries stay on track and customers receive the service they expect. You'll be responsible for managing missed and delayed deliveries, coordinating rescheduled consignments, and liaising directly with customers to resolve delivery issues.
