Repco in Sydney is seeking a Customer Sales & Service / Retail Assistant to support customers in a busy automotive aftermarket environment and help with showroom presentation, stock processing, and friendly service that drives sales.

The role requires flexible hours Monday to Saturday, and a current driver's licence is preferred for occasional deliveries. Repco offers training, team rewards, and a supportive culture for its people.

Qualifications

• High level of customer service and communication.
• Experience in retail or automotive parts preferred.
• Flexible availability Mon–Sat including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with product selection and up-selling.
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising.
• Process stock and receive deliveries.
• Support deliveries when required.
