Repco is seeking a Retail Assistant to deliver exceptional customer sales and service in-store, over the phone, and online. You will help maintain showroom standards, process stock, and contribute to positive sales performance while prioritising safety in a busy environment.

The role is Monday–Friday, with no late-night trading and opportunities for ongoing training and career development within the Repco team.

Qualifications

• Note: lifting, bending & climbing required.
• Open to applicants without industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine service and create moments that matter with customers.
• Assist with stock handling, receiving, dispatch and store.
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
• Support sales to contribute to positive performance.
