Job summary

Repco in Australia is seeking a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service) to deliver outstanding shopping experiences in-store, over the phone, and online. You’ll focus on service, showroom presentation, and stock processing while contributing to a positive team culture.

Flexible availability over seven days and a current driver’s licence are preferred as occasional deliveries may be required. No prior industry knowledge is necessary.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service skills in a retail environment.
• Ability to work across 7 days and handle store duties.
• No industry knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a great in-person, phone, and online shopping experience.
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
• Process stock: receive, dispatch and store.
• Contribute to positive sales performance with friendly service.
