Job summary

Repco Smithfield is seeking a Casual Customer Sales & Service professional to deliver exceptional in-person, phone, and online shopping experiences. You will be part of a team focused on safety, showroom standards, and timely stock processes.

The role requires flexibility Monday to Saturday, with occasional driving duties and a current driver’s licence preferred. Join Repco and contribute to a positive team culture while supporting customers across automotive aftermarket products.

Customer Sales & Service - Repco Smithfield - Casual

Customer service role, creating moments that matter for Repco customers. After market auto products in a retail & trade environment.

About the role:

At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great shopping experience in person, over the phone, and online.

The successful candidate will be required to be available to work flexible hours Monday - Saturday. A current driver’s licence is preferred, as the role may involve occasional deliveries and other ad hoc driving duties.

As a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service) your key focus includes:

• Always have a safety focus to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers
