We're looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join the Community and Government Engagement Team at Infrastructure Canberra. You'll manage your own portfolio of government and non-government customers and tenants, acting as their key contact for property, tenancy and leasing matters.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You could be working with a tenant to resolve a property issue, coordinating services across the business, supporting the team to allocate building expenses or working with landlords, contractors and other government areas to get the right outcome.
