Giesecke & Devrient in Melbourne is seeking a Customer Project Manager to own end-to-end SIM, eSIM and IoT deployment programmes for Australian customers. You will coordinate the customer, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to keep projects on time, on scope and on spec.
You’ll lead steering committees, manage escalations, and support pre-sales activity while maintaining clear, concise programme updates for stakeholders across the APAC region.
Giesecke and Devrient is a global leader in security technology, specialising in innovative solutions across payment systems, mobile security, and digital infrastructure. With a commitment to excellence and customer-centric innovation, we deliver cutting‑edge products and services that protect and enable businesses worldwide. Our team is driven by a passion for solving complex challenges and creating value for our customers through technological advancement and strategic thinking.
You are the person who makes things happen. As Customer Project Manager at G+D Mobile Security, Knoxfield, Melbourne, you sit at the intersection of our customers, our technical teams, and our delivery commitments — ensuring that complex SIM and eSIM deployments land on time, on scope, and on spec.
This is not a passive coordination role. You own the customer relationship from contract signature through to go‑live, navigate technical complexity with confidence, and make decisions that keep programmes moving when they otherwise wouldn't.
G+D is not a start‑up and not a bureaucracy. We are a 170‑year‑old global technology company operating at the frontier of eSIM, IoT connectivity, and mobile security — and our Australian team punches well above its weight. You will work on programmes that connect millions of devices, support Australia's biggest operators, and contribute to a global portfolio that shapes how the world connects.
You will have the backing of a world‑class APAC technical consulting team and the autonomy to run your programmes the way a professional should.
At G+D Australia, we are dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where every employee feels valued and respected. We are committed to providing equal opportunities and ensure that all applications are assessed based on merit. We invite and encourage individuals with disabilities, as well as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, to apply for any of our positions.
