Job summary

Compasscorp is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Driver) in Sydney to deliver clean, well-prepared vehicles and create a positive handover experience for customers throughout every interaction, including after an accident. You will be responsible for timely deliveries, vehicle handovers, and maintaining high standards of presentation.

• Physically fit and able to wash, clean and move vehicles safely.
• Professional appearance and comfortable with mobile devices for basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles to and from customer locations using GPS and traffic apps.
• Deliver, collect, wash, and prepare vehicles per company procedures.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report faults, damage, or maintenance needs.
• Follow safety, traffic, and vehicle care protocols.
• Coordinate with branch team to support daily schedules and customer needs.
