Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking an experienced software/ML engineer to embed with customer teams, own an outcome, ship production-grade systems, and serve as the critical feedback loop back to product engineering.

You’ll design production agents and AI workflows on Grok and our models, integrate into live business processes, measure outcomes such as cost, time savings, and reliability, and own the project from discovery through launch and post-launch support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software, ML or data science experience.
• Producing production-grade code in Python/JS/TS.
• Experience delivering customer-facing outcomes end-to-end.
• Built AI-native workflows or agents in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with the customer: identify bottlenecks and define measurable success.
• Design and ship production agents and AI workflows on Grok.
• Deploy in live customer environments with proper security and auth.
• Harden deployments with evals, monitoring, and rollouts.
• Own the end-to-end work from discovery to post-launch support.
• Measure outcomes: revenue, costs, time saved, reliability.
• Collaborate with staff, platform, and domain leads and communicate tradeoffs.
