Job summary

Opus Campers in Melbourne is looking for a friendly receptionist/customer service representative to be the first point of contact for customers via email, phone and in person. You will resolve queries promptly, manage appointments, process invoices and maintain records.

You will work with the Service & Warranty team to schedule customer visits, gather feedback and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a reception or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated and target driven.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers via email, phone and face to face.
• Resolve customer queries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage CRM, process invoices and record expenses; provide detailed reports as requested.
• Schedule after sales calls and gather customer feedback.
• Oversee the OPUS warranty process end to end.
• Coordinate with Service & Warranty team to schedule appointments.
