OTR is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding guest experiences at our Melbourne store. You’ll keep the store welcoming, clean and stocked, and you will multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

You’ll work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings and weekends, and you’ll be asked to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials while collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail or quick-service environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform light to moderate lifting.
