Made With Love Bridal seeks a Customer Experience Lead and Stylist at our Gold Coast Head Office to coach our boutiques globally and deliver an exceptional bridal journey at every touchpoint. You will convert online enquiries into appointments and sales, deliver one-on-one bridal fittings, manage accessories orders and returns, and resolve bride concerns with warmth and a solutions-first mindset.

• Background in customer service or sales within a luxury or fashion brand.
• Strong selling skills; ability to guide brides to the right dress.
• Confidence converting enquiries into appointments and sales online and in boutique.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and written communication.
• Calm, polished and adaptable under pressure.
• Warm, personable and love working with people.

• Manage the day-to-day inbox and support our boutiques globally as the key link between Head Office and the team
• Convert online enquiries into boutique appointments and sales across dresses, accessories and cleaning
• Deliver one-on-one boutique bridal appointments, building genuine, trusting relationships with each bride
• Manage accessories sales, orders, shipments, returns and exchanges
• Resolve bride concerns with empathy and a solutions-first mindset

About you

• Background in customer service or sales within a luxury or fashion brand
• Strong selling skills, with a natural ability to understand a bride's needs, build trust and guide her confidently to the right dress
• Confidence converting enquiries into appointments and closing sales online and in boutique
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and written communication
• Proficient in Outlook; Shopify experience preferred
• Calm, polished and adaptable under pressure
• Naturally warm, personable and love working with people
• Communicate clearly and with high emotional intelligence
• Love bridal fashion and helping brides find the one
