Job summary

Alpine Shire Council in Bright, Victoria is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to lead our Customer Service team and deliver outstanding, people-centred service to residents, businesses and visitors.

How you will make a difference

As the Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be multi-skilled and passionate about exceptional customer service. Your role is responsible for leading and continually improving the service offered by our Customer Service team. The Customer Service team is the ‘front door’ to the organisation and plays a critical role in ensuring that every customer has a great experience in their dealings with the Council.

In this amazing role you will:

• Post-secondary qualification or relevant experience and work skills in the area of Administration and Customer Service

• Valid Victorian Working with Children Check
