TAL Australia is seeking a motivated Communications Specialist within the Customer Communications team to help shape the moments that matter in our customers’ policy journeys. Located in Sydney or Melbourne, you’ll craft clear, compliant life insurance communications that explain options and cover, supporting direct and retail customers with timely information.

You’ll work with colleagues across Life Insurance, Growth teams, and partners to translate regulatory requirements into practical

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in customer, mandatory or regulated communications.
Experience creating communications that meet technical, regulatory and customer needs.
Experience in financial services, insurance or another regulated environment.
Clear and accurate written and verbal communication.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
Manage priorities within project timelines.
