Job summary

IKEA Gruppe is hiring a Customer Co-worker in Perth to help customers load items, manage trolleys, and support the customer relations team. You will work across a rotating roster including day and evening shifts, contributing to a smooth store experience.

The role requires strong communication, a friendly manner, and the ability to perform repetitive and physical tasks while delivering excellent service to every customer.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer interactions and service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loading items into their vehicles.
• Collect trolleys from store and carpark to keep them available.
• Support other Customer Relations areas, resolve issues, process transactions.
• Ensure customers have a positive final touchpoint during the shopping experience.
