Job summary

Care Automotive Group Pty Limited in Prospect, SA, seeks a Customer CARe Advisor to guide customers through the end-to-end repair experience and provide friendly, efficient service.

You will be the main contact for customers, coordinating with insurers and internal teams to ensure timely resolutions, accurate records, and a high standard of customer satisfaction. A team‑oriented culture and ongoing training are offered.

We are currently seeking a full-time Customer CARe Advisor to join our team in Prospect. The Customer CARe Advisor will be the point of contact with the customer and share the responsibility of guiding them through the end to end repair experience. About the role:

About You:

• Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• IT literacy and competency, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate different software systems
• Familiarity with automotive insurance claims or automotive customer service experience will be highly desirable
• A team player who is ready to contribute to our positive work environment
• Must be a Permanent Resident or hold appropriate Australian working rights
