Commonwealth Bank in Childers, Queensland is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist for a part-time role delivering friendly service at the branch. You will greet customers, understand their enquiries and guide them to the right channel while promoting in-branch digital options.

This 20-hour-per-week position runs Monday to Friday from 9:15am to 1:15pm, with rostering predetermined. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in customer service, strong communication skills and a professional

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour.
• Ability to manage customer expectations with a calm, confident presence.
