Dusk in Mackay is seeking Casual Customer Assistants who love connecting with people and creating moments that matter. You will help deliver thoughtful in-store experiences, bring energy, warmth and integrity, and help your store shine.

This hands-on, people-first role offers variety with every shift, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow within the company while delivering exceptional customer service.

Role Overview

As a Customer Assistant, your role is to help create thoughtful and joyful experiences in-store. The kind that stay with people long after they’ve walked out the door. You’ll bring energy, warmth, and integrity to everything you do; whether it’s delivering exceptional service, supporting your teammates, or helping your store shine.
