Job summary

NAB is hiring a Branch Customer Advisor for the Thursday Island branch. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through account openings, lending, and everyday banking transactions while delivering a friendly, secure, and tailored experience.

You will help customers understand Smarter Banking options and support self-service tools to make banking simple and efficient. A customer-centric mindset and team teamwork are essential for success.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Support NAB’s Thursday Island branchby being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.


• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions


• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy and secure.

The Hours (5 days per week):

Join our team in this role within the hours 8:45am – 4:15pm, Monday, Wednesday and 9:15am - 4:15pm Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
