Job summary

NAB is seeking a Branch Customer Advisor to join our Tamworth team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with account openings, transactions, and lending inquiries while prioritising service excellence in a busy banking environment.

Based at Tamworth, you’ll also support Gunnedah, Quirindi and Walcha branches, so a valid driving licence and vehicle may be required. The role offers flexible hours to cover core business times.

The Hours

Join our team in this role with the following hours - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 09:00am - 4:30pm and Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm.

Your home branch will be Tamworth however your skills and expertise will also be required to cover our Gunnedah, Quirindi & Walcha branches so a licence and transport is essential. Mileage will also be paid.
