Job summary

NAB in Tamworth is seeking a Branch Customer Advisor – Banking. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping with accounts, lending transactions, and everyday banking needs.

Role requires travel to Gunnedah, Quirindi and Walcha branches; a valid licence and transport are essential. Hours are Mon–Wed, Fri 09:00–16:30 and Thu 09:00–17:30, with mileage paid. NAB offers career development and a range of staff benefits.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

• Support NAB's Tamworth, Gunnedah, Quirindi & Walcha Branches by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy and secure.

The Hours

Join our team in this role with the following hours - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 09:00am - 4:30pm and Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm.

Your home branch will be Tamworth however your skills and expertise will also be required to cover our Gunnedah, Quirindi & Walcha branches so a licence and transport is essential. Mileage will also be paid.
