Job summary

NAB is seeking a Branch Customer Advisor to support Hills District Branches with a customer-centric, service-focused approach. This part-time role (34+ hours) offers the chance to learn, grow, and contribute to a seamless banking experience for customers at Norwest, Rhodes, Ryde and Macquarie Centre.

No banking experience required — full training provided. You’ll be first point of contact, help customers open accounts, handle transactions, and promote Smarter Banking options, while enjoying a

• Support NAB’s Hills District Branches by being the first point of contact for customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions.
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making banking simple, easy and secure.
• Provide excellent customer service and accurately process routine banking tasks.

Part- Time Opportunities Available (Monday - Friday 34+ hours per week)

Opportunities available are Part-time within the hours 9:00am – 4:30pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and 9:00am – 5:30pm on Thursday.

Our Hills District Branches are Norwest, Rhodes, Ryde & Macquarie Centre.
