Job summary

National Australia Bank is seeking a Branch Customer Advisor at the Grafton branch. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with account openings, lending options, and everyday banking needs.

The role focuses on delivering a seamless, tailored customer experience and supporting customers to use Self-Service and digital banking tools. We value customer-centricity, teamwork, and attention to detail to ensure accurate transactions and positive outcomes.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Support NAB’'s GraftonBranch by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy and secure.

The Hours

Join our team in this role with the following hours - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 9:00am - 4:30pm and Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm.
