NAB is hiring a Branch Customer Advisor – Banking for Tamworth to deliver tailored customer experiences. You’ll work with the Tamworth branch and nearby communities, helping customers with accounts, lending and everyday banking needs.

You will promote Smarter Banking options and ensure a seamless, secure customer journey while embracing NAB’s commitment to inclusive service and career development.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Support NAB's Tamworth, Gunnedah, Quirindi & Walcha Branches by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy and secure.

The Hours

Join our team in this role with the following hours - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 09:00am – 4:30pm and Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm.

Your home branch will be Tamworth however your skills and expertise will also be required to cover our Gunnedah, Quirindi & Walcha branches so a licence and transport is essential. Mileage will also be paid.
