Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum areas or whole-school programs by establishing a clear, shared educational vision focused on quality outcomes for all students.
• Promote socially just practices, high expectations, and strong standards for both student and staff performance.
• Engage in ongoing professional learning and development to support continuous improvement.
• Build effective partnerships with students, parents, government agencies, and community groups, while maintaining a strategic and future-focused approach.
• Apply relevant legislation and departmental policies and effectively manage human, financial, facilities, and curriculum resources to achieve program and school goals.
