Job summary

Xavier College is seeking an experienced Education Support Officer (ESO) – Curriculum for the Riverlea Park Campus (R-6). The role focuses on high-level classroom support, collaboration with staff, and implementing Personalised Plans for learning to help students with identified needs participate fully.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Education Support or equivalent.
• Experience supporting students with additional learning needs.
• Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to Inclusive Education Coordinator.
• Collaborate with teachers to adapt learning resources and support students.
• Support Personalised Plans for Learning (PPLs) and monitor progress.
• Assist with supervision during excursions and school events.
• Provide personal care support to students as required.
