Job summary

Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre is seeking a friendly Casual Cleaner to join our team. You will help keep both interiors and exteriors pristine while delivering friendly service to visitors. Ideal candidates are physically capable, reliable and enjoy tourism.

You’ll operate cleaning equipment, apply chemicals safely, and support a high standard of hygiene across the Centre. This role offers flexible hours and the chance to work in a stunning natural setting near the Daintree, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current hygiene requirements related to the job role.
• Demonstrated commitment, initiative and enthusiasm for the role and tourism/hospitality.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Physical capability to work with some heavy equipment and other manual lifting requirements.
• Mature approach to taking on responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning interiors and exteriors.
• Operating equipment such as vacuum cleaners and industrial polishers.
