Qualifications

• Proven CTO/Head of Engineering experience in high-growth SaaS or tech platforms.
• Experience scaling infrastructure internationally and bringing products to market.
• Leadership of AI/ML initiatives and modern AI-driven software practices.
• Ability to lead distributed, hybrid or offshore teams across time zones.
• Strong problem-solving, system design and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and guide future products, platforms and distributed systems for rapid expansion.
• Drive AI vision and modernise software delivery workflows across the org.
• Lead, mentor and provide technical guidance for engineering/architecture teams.
• Develop resilient architectures using best-practice and cloud FinOps.
• Build a high-performing DevEx to boost velocity, automation and quality.
• Educate and coach the engineering team, sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Recruit, hire and scale distributed teams globally while maintaining culture.
• Lead stand-ups, architecture reviews and cross-functional workshops.
• Report directly to the Founders and align tech with business strategy.
• Take new products to market rapidly with high availability, security and scalability.
