Job summary

ConnectedGroup is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead the NeoCloud GPU infrastructure for AI workloads from Australia. This is a hands-on CTO role, accountable for architecture, deployment and operations, building the team and guiding investments.

You will own the technical strategy, platform reliability, cost discipline and customer engagements, working with the CEO on growth priorities. Formal qualifications welcome but execution excellence matters.

Qualifications

Led build and operation of production-grade infrastructure in GPU cloud or HPC.
Experience with multi-node GPU clusters and enterprise security.
Able to translate technical decisions into commercial outcomes.
Strong leadership of engineering and operations teams.

Responsibilities

Own the architecture, deployment and operation of the NeoCloud platform.
Set technical direction, roadmap and reference architecture.
Lead recruitment and development of infrastructure, platform and operations teams.
Ensure production reliability, performance and cost discipline.
Engage with strategic customers and executives at high levels.
