Radiology Tasmania is seeking an experienced Radiographer to step into the CT Lead role for Tasmania, based in Hobart. You will oversee the CT modality across five clinics and will rotate between scanning and governance, ensuring training standards are consistent.

• Significant CT modality experience across multiple machines/platforms.
• Deep knowledge of CT governance, resources and systems.
• AHPRA Registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership of the CT Radiographer workforce across Tasmania.
• CT scanning alongside other modalities as required.
• Design, develop and oversee CT training programs.
• Contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
• Drive operational excellence.
• Oversee professional development and training of Radiographers.
• Support recruitment and retention.
• Drive innovative and strategic initiatives.
• Foster excellent customer service and teamwork with radiologists, referrers and staff.
