Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a CT Applications Specialist ANZ to provide post-sale CT installation, training and on-site clinical support across the ANZ region. You will also assist in pre-sale demonstrations and sales support, helping customers optimize GE CT technology.

The role requires clinical radiography expertise, strong communication, and willingness to travel. GE HealthCare offers flexible work options and a competitive rewards package.

Qualifications

• A suitably qualified clinical or technical professional in Diagnostic Radiography/Medical Radiation science.
• Demonstrated clinical scanning proficiency on current products/platforms.
• Minimum 3 years of CT clinical/technical experience; GE CT experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Australia and nationwide.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical data for customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical support during the sales process of CT.
• Develop, coordinate, and deliver product training to customers on software, application and equipment use.
• Monitor customer installations and manage clinical handover with customers.
• Produce post-demo/training reports and gather customer feedback for product improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, product and service teams to align activities with customer needs.
