Based in the CT area, you will line manage a team, organise and prioritise tasks, and book patients in line with pathway targets to ensure CT capacity is fully utilised.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital/clinical administration is advantageous.
• Ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Good knowledge of EPIC is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Organise and prioritise tasks within the CT administration office.
• Book patients in line with pathway targets to maximise CT capacity.
• Line manage the CT admin team and provide training/development.
• Support a professional administration and reception service for CT users and colleagues.
