Job summary

Knox Private Hospital is seeking a motivated CSSD Technician to join our Central Sterilising Services Department on a casual basis. You will decontaminate, inspect, and sterilise reusable medical devices and prepare instrument trays for theatres.

The role requires sound knowledge of sterilisation processes and strong attention to detail. We offer flexible casual shifts, a supportive team culture and ongoing training in a leading private healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Previous CSSD experience within a hospital setting.
• Certificate III in Sterilisation Services (or working towards) desirable.
• Sound knowledge of sterilisation processes and infection control principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work across a range of shifts as required.
• A commitment to quality, safety and excellent customer service.
