Job summary

Adventist HealthCare Limited (Aus) at Sydney Adventist Hospital (the San) is seeking a casual CSSD worker to support sterilisation of surgical instruments and reusable devices. You will join a large team of around 38 staff delivering high-quality reprocessed devices for operating theatres and clinics.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility and availability to work across a variety of shifts, including short notice.
• Strong communication (written & verbal) and people skills with patients, families and colleagues.
• Systematic, able to prioritise tasks, with initiative and problem-solving capability.
• Adaptable and able to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively uphold and contribute to AHCL policies, procedures, and compliance standards, ensuring safety and legislative adherence.
