As the CSSD Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective reprocessing, sterilisation, and distribution of medical instruments and equipment, supporting the highest standards of patient safety and infection prevention. Leading a dedicated team of skilled technicians, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining compliance with relevant standards and regulations, fostering team development, and ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our clinical areas.
