Northern Health is seeking an experienced CSSD Educator and Instrument Technician Grade 5 to join our Central Sterilisation Services Department across multiple campuses in Melbourne's north. You will lead CSSD training, ensuring staff have the knowledge and skills to reprocess reusable medical devices to AS5369:2023 and NSQHS standards, and collaborate across campuses.

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122) and 4+ years in reprocessing are required; educator or RTO experience is

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122) required.
• 4+ years in reprocessing of reusable medical devices as Grade 5 Instrument Technician.
• Knowledge of AS5369:2023 & NSQHS Standards.
• Educator or Instructor experience in CSSD or RTO is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Ensure CSSD staff have the knowledge and skills for reprocessing reusable medical devices.
