Job summary

CSI Mining Services on a client site in Western Australia is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day crushing plant operations, ensuring safety, productivity and compliance with environmental policies. This hands-on role requires coordinating with maintenance and driving continuous improvement.

You will supervise fixed crushing equipment and ROM operations, mentor operators, complete shift reports and uphold high safety standards on a 7D 7N 7RR roster.

Qualifications

• C Class Driver’s Licence and Schedule 26.
• Australian work rights.
• Experience in crushing plant and ROM operations, supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of crushing and screening equipment.
• Commitment to safe work practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation and maintenance of fixed crushing equipment and ROM Operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimise downtime and maximise output.
• Implement and enforce safety and environmental standards.
• Monitor production outputs against targets and adjust operations.
• Train, mentor, and develop plant operators.
• Complete shift reports, incident investigations, and other required documentation.
