Job summary

BuildRight Construction AU is seeking an experienced Crusher Fitter/Boilermaker to join our equipment and maintenance operation in Australia. You will diagnose faults, perform complex repairs and keep heavy machinery operating safely and efficiently, across workshop, local and regional environments.

The role offers exposure to mechanical, hydraulic and basic electrical systems and opportunities to work directly with customers and a broad range of industry equipment.

Qualifications

• Recognised trade qualification in Fitting/Boilermaking or related field.
• Minimum 2 years post-trade industry experience.
• Experience with quarry/mining/fixed-plant equipment.
• Practical experience with crushing, screening or mineral processing machinery is highly regarded.
• Ability to read hydraulics and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled and preventive maintenance on mobile and stationary equipment.
• Complete servicing, repairs, pre-delivery inspections and equipment preparation.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and operational faults on crushing and processing equipment.
• Read hydraulic schematics, manuals and OEM service information.
• Attend customer sites to provide servicing, troubleshooting and technical support.
• Travel to regional and remote locations when required.
