Job summary

Ciaron Maher Racing is seeking an experienced Assistant Trainer to join our premier racing operation at the new Warwick Farm base. This hands-on leadership role focuses on daily training operations, staff coordination and day-to-day stable management.

Ideal candidates have racing industry experience, strong leadership and excellent communication skills, with a passion for horse welfare and high performance.

• Assist with daily training operations and planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily training operations
• Support the NSW Assistant Trainer in the running of the stable
• Oversee horse care and welfare
• Coordinate staff and daily stable activities
• Lead by example in a hands-on role

• Previous racing industry experience is essential
• Excellent staff management and coordination skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
