Ciaron Maher Racing is seeking an experienced Assistant Trainer to join our premier racing operation at the new Warwick Farm base. This hands-on leadership role focuses on daily training operations, staff coordination and day-to-day stable management.

Ideal candidates have racing industry experience, strong leadership and excellent communication skills, with a passion for horse welfare and high performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily training operations and planning.
• Support the NSW Assistant Trainer in run of the stable.
• Oversee horse care and welfare across daily activities.
• Coordinate staff and daily stable routines.
• Lead by example in a hands-on role.
