Responsibilities

• Accurately identify and record observations, including the type and severity of any issues encountered.
• Utilize basic sampling techniques to collect plant and insect samples for further analysis.
• Document field conditions, including weather, growth stage, and any relevant environmental factors.
• Report findings promptly to the farm manager or agronomist, highlighting areas of concern.
• Assist with other field-related tasks as assigned, such as scouting for irrigation needs.
